Eagle Eatery Dining Hall
Enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal in the Eagle Eatery including hot breakfast, hot lunch & hot dinner everyday and serving brunch and dinner on weekends. Our team will serve a single portion at stations, guests are encouraged to return for seconds and thirds until you are satisfied.
For quick hot options, choose from our Simple Servings, Savory including Vegan or Vegetarian entrée, Sizzle and Slices stations or customize your items at Stacks and Mix. Visit our all day Rise & Shine Breakfast Bar serving cereal and bread box with toaster or the Simple Zone Pantry for items free of Dairy, Nuts, Tree nuts and gluten-free. Relax in our dining room and be sure to visit our delicious Bliss station before you leave serving assorted desserts, Belgian Waffles and Soft Serve Ice Cream with toppings.
We make dining on campus easy for those with the most common food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences by providing safe and delicious choices. Our menus are posted at each station with nutritional information, icons that identify Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Plant-Based and Mindful items, and lists allergens contained therein. Our Simple Servings station is our allergen-safe dining option providing meals that do not contain eggs, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, wheat and are gluten-free. This station has its own pantry and designated kitchen area and equipment to eliminate cross-contamination and cross-contact. Complete our Satisfaction Survey each semester to let us know how we are doing and how we can better meet your needs.
Our Simple Zone self-serve pantry offers items free of milk, tree nuts, peanuts and is gluten-free with designed equipment to prevent cross-contamination. This pantry is stocked with a variety of safe breads, bagels, beverages, desserts, salad dressings as well as salad, fruit bowls and more made by our Simple Servings team. Looking for something specific? Complete a comment card at the station and our Chef will provide if it is available to us.
